The Visibility Programme are targeted at primary schools in the area of a hazardous location. It is clear that young road users must be empowered with relevant knowledge, applicable skills and a positive attitude to such an extent that road safety education can influence not only the individual learner but also the society.

The programme activities consist of road safety training, awareness and education in the schools followed by the distribution of reflective backpacks. This combined approach ensures that the students understands the importance of road safety as a child-pedestrian.
