Liam Clarke has BSc Civil Eng from University of Stratclyde and a GDE (Traffic/Transportation)from Wits.

He is currently the Commercial Manager with Bakwena Platinum Corridor Concession for N1N4with road safety one of his key responsibilities.

His passion for road safety developed during his 25 years at Tokoza Council and City of

Johannesburg where he was involved with numerous road improvement and safety projects.
