Bhekizwe Dlodlo is the Crisis and Continuity and Road Safety Manager for BPSA having
assumed the role on 1st September 2015.
Bhekizwe joined BP in 2011 as the Senior Learning Specialist for Engineering and Safety
programmes. Prior to that, he was a lecturer at the University of Zululand for two years and then
a Senior Lecturer at the Vaal University of Technology for four years. Bhekizwe then worked as
the Senior Engineering Training Practitioner at Sasol. He was recently seconded to the South
African Petroleum Industry Association (SAPIA) where he took up the role of Technical Skills
Development Project Manager for a year.
Bhekizwe has a BTech in Electrical Engineering from the University of Zimbabwe and an MSc in
Computer Science from the National University of Science and Technology in Zimbabwe. He
has also earned a MBA from the Potchefstroom Business School.
